THREADING
The threading is done by rolling, with all the respective technical advantages, and in compliance with standard ISO 724 6g tolerance, cold-rolled.

STUD FLANGE
The flange is manufactured according to standard EN ISO 13918. Flange diameter (head) is greater than stud's: this prevents the arc from reaching the cylindrical part of the stud during welding, thus increasing the welding surface.

SURFACE PROTECTION (COPPER-COATING)
Unless otherwise specified, our entire production (threaded studs, smooth studs, bushes and nails) is in 4.8 steel with galvanized copper-coating (C1E, ISO 4042). Special treatments available on request. The thickness of the galvanized protective coating enables it to obtain a 6h tolerance.
